- In cases where additional information or verification is required, the resolution timeline may be extended with appropriate justification.
- Complaints filed on SCORES are monitored by SEBI for timely response and closure.
- If an investor is not satisfied with the resolution or the complaint remains unresolved, the matter may be escalated to the stock exchange / depository or referred to exchange arbitration, as applicable.
